Refund Policy
CANCELLATION
We work quickly to prepare orders once they have been placed. Once orders have been confirmed, no further changes can be made. If you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Stock Items
A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on stock items returned. Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days from purchase and must not have been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered, or damaged.
Custom Orders
No returns or exchanges are accepted on special custom orders
Processing Refunds
Customers must present the original receipt and product in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days and returned to the original form of payment.
