A: Yes. We recommend using gloves while handling sheet metal to avoid potential cuts.

A: Give us the static pressure of the system and we will provide a recommended gauge.

A: If you request connector on the work order we can provide a suggestion that is suitable for the job.

Q: How do I pick up an order?

A: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the details. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a follow-up email with the store address and instructions. Upon arrival, present your order number to the front desk and an associate will help with your order. 


For small items, pickup is located at the front entrance. 


For larger orders, pickups are located at the back of the store (loading dock area). Customers can enter through the back door and present their order number to an associate.
